I am involved in an email thread with Patricia and Nellie (I wish discussion/notification worked properly in WE) and was thinking that we can never do enough to encourage WE participation and contribution. We seem to have a lot of people fall away after completion of the first L4C. I am wonder what people think about follow on L4C's. Have intermediate and advanced L4C's where an outcome of the advanced would be to join or start a community of practice in a subject/language/ cultural/regional/something area. What do others think?
I think Randy and Leigh facilitated an intermediate L4C. How did that go? Any lessons learned? Would it be worthwhile to run it again?
