Hi Peter,

I think QA framework has establsihed a solid foundation.

To be fair, our community has not focused attention on how workgroups will
function and that has also been a drawback regarding progress and
participation on the QA framework not to mention that quality is a complex
theme.

The impetus and outputs being generated by the Workgroup for workgroups will
provide a solid basis on which to take the QA framework forward.

All looking good -- the great thing about the wiki model is that all our
efforts and drafts remain intact for ongoing improvement!
