Hi all, I just want to apologise for disappearing for a couple weeks. I had to deal with some very serious financial issues that kept me rather overwhelmed. I'm not really out of the weeds, yet, but I think that tomorrow I will be able to get back to the guidelines project, to get the policy draft ready for the council meeting, though we're behind on deadlines we've set for ourselves.
