Hi Nellie,

It is any kind of news, typically that of a "project", but of a lower level
than say, the front news page.

By also posting the same item on a country page, it will help strengthen
community efforts, from people in a specific region.

Patricia, regarding the existence of another page -- you're right....but for
some reason it must have slipped my mind. In the self-organizing world of
the wiki, folks can use either page. <smile>
