We have someone helping us out with the development of a logo for the OER Foundation -- not a trivial design task :-) The request for help on the brochure is to convert the existing layout into open file formats, and once the OER Foundation logo is sorted, we'll insert this. Community discussion on a WikiEducator logo is ongoing -- and I suspect this will take some time before we come up with a collective consensus decision.
