Hi Steve: I do have relatives in the DC area that so I might be able to meet you face-to-face. I also have access to Elluminate and of course telephone which makes personal conversations possible and relatively inexpensive...you might try the distance education department at the University of Maryland College Park...they would be a good deal closer to you. I appreciate the offer. I think, though, that the dean really wanted
me to find someone who is actually local, like "sit down and meet in
person" local. But I'll remember your offer in case I've
