Hi Karen, The OER Foundation practices open philanthropy --- all our strategic plans, funding proposals etc. are developed openly and transparently in the wiki -- this way we can avoid unnecessary duplication. Together WE achieve far more than working alone :-)
You may be interested in the work we are doing here in New Zealand's national OER commons for the school sector ( http://nz.wikieducator.org/New_Zealand_Schools_OER_Portal). We are also working with the approved vendors to improve integration of WikiEducator content with LMSs and Moodle is one of the approved vendors. Watch this space and help us make the future happen.
