Hey Kim and all

I think you are a little too optimistic for situation here
read this http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2010/01/new-approach-to-china.html

Google might close China office in the future or it is a threat

Wikieducator so far is not being blocked , but the rule here is , as soon as
people start using any tool like twitter , when it getting more attention ,
which means , it is going to be closed

For CORE , I know somethng abt this , and I think it is not a real OER ,

read this if you can read Chinese

http://forum.fantasy.tw/viewtopic.php?t=14833&sid=74d27bd3de5059fa8c87f879b7f2dba9

( OOPS is a MIT course ware translation project ) however , when you put a
CC or OER which doesnot mean you are OER at all

My own personal opinion , I think OER need to be mostly bottom -up style
especially in China , not otherwise here :)

so I am more interested in micro level , like one teacher work with another
teacher :)

the thing abt proxy is , I did not save my post at my blog , so what I can
do now to save my blog posts over last 3 years , I have a lot of pictures I
don't want to lose

Really appreaciate for all your concern , I hope you all can also twitter at
your network abt this !!
