Interestingly about 60 miles from De Anza College in Cupertino,
California - De La Salle High School in Concord has used and I believe
is still using the on line Wiley Physics textbook with its 12th grade
students.

I'm sure that with the increasing cost of education (or in
California's case the lack of money for education!) and the declining
cost of technology - school districts will move to online textbooks
and resource materials over cutting the number of teachers. Gee! ...
I wonder why Houghton Mifflin and McGraw-Hill,  have available on line
primary  school mathematics textbook series (not that they count for
52+% of the math textbooks used in the United States).
