I have a tech related problem I'm hoping someone can help with.

I've been working on categorising all of the country specific categories and
the main country pages into Category:Countries. I've come across an
interesting problem.

On a search results page, the page Category:Republic of Trinidad &
Tobago<http://en.wikieducator.org/Category:Republic_of_Trinidad_%26_Tobago>appears
to exist, and shows a last edit, "882 B (126 words) - 06:22, 18
February 2010", from just a few weeks ago. However, when I access it, the
page displays as "Category:Republic of Trinidad" without the rest of the
title. Of course, no page by that name exists. It seems like the ampersand
(&) is getting in the way. It gets translated to "%26" in the URL. I use
Firefox, not sure if that matters. So I'm wondering if others are having
this problem -- someone edited the page a few weeks ago, so clearly not
everyone has this problem :-)

Thanks for your thoughts on this.
