It looks like the system had cached a broken copy of the image (a transient problem with the Wikimedia Commons perhaps?). I've encouraged it to fetch a new copy and regenerate our local thumbnail. It is now displaying properly for me. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if it happens again.
