Hi Jim,
Looks like one can no longer create navigation templates!
(Such as using /Template:Name_of_template_Nav - in the address bar) I
have been trying now for 3 days,each time being directed to a page
that says "Oops! This page appears broken. HTTP 404 - File not found."
Any advice please?
