Wayne, I agree with you. I hope tyhat in thids affluent United States, we have vigorous OER watchdogs since in this home of democracy, ccompanies keep trying to take over segments of the internet. The latest, one company, I think google, wants to charge more for faster speeds and divide the parts of the internet. Others such as Comcast cable, the largest cable company, wants to buy a television network, and Apple wants to make an operating system that comes with adds, while other large companies want to consolidate and take over of limit internet.
