Hi Everyone, We will miss Chris and her vision to widen access to ESL learning for the majority of learners who are unable to afford the costs associated with assessment.
When I sent my condolences to Roger (Chris' husband of 35 years) I mentioned that I had never met Chris face-to-face (only online), but that we were inspired by her dedication to education and making a real difference in the world. Chris put service above her own needs and challenges and took the time to advise, support and help our community notwithstanding her failing health. I know that Chris's spirit, passion and example will continue to thrive in our mission to widen access to learning for all. Thank you Chris and our deepest sympathies to your family. Our prayers are with at this time.
