Hi Gene, That's exactly what we would like to achieve -- a series of online open workshops to help address these challenges and opportunities.
Feel free to join the project -- your insights into the issues which most folk on the ground don't get would be invaluable. For those of us immersed in open content licensing everyday --- we sometimes (or should I say frequently) forget the basic questions which those who are new to the field are asking. You can help keep us "honest" in addressing and responding to the real questions we need to answer.
