Hi Kubke,
Depends on the extent of the infringement. If clearly an infringement -
-majority of the page by one author plagiarising text. Yes mark the page for
deletion by adding the {{delete}} template.
If multiple authors and only one or two infringements - -we typically leave
a message -- if there is no response then we delete the offending text.
I'll set you up with admins so you can delete pages. Only think you should
know is we don't protect editing of pages (unless in the case of high usage
templates.)
