BCcampus in Canada are hosting a pre-meeting SCOPE seminar for the OER university under the capable leadership of Paul Stacey. BIG thank you to the foresight and initiative of BCcampus to plan and host this important seminar. The purpose of the pre-meeting seminar is to generate discussion and input on the context, problem, concept, partners, and objectives of an OER University.
