Good question and astute observation.

Procedurally i would say that the approved Open Community Governance Policy
would take precedence above the version on the Main Page. The values on the
Main Page pre-dated the policy discussions and have not been updated to
reflect these changes

I'm supportive of your suggestion to update the main page accordingly.
