The CK-12 Foundation argues that licensing should be a choice that should include the non-commercial clause. - Robin Day, Deputy Chief Executive of Otago Polytechnic, reflects on the process of adopting a default Creative Commons Attribution intellectual property policy at the institution and why commercial activity is supported.
