No, because widgets allow injecting Javascript (and from there,
potentially other forms of content) into arbitrary wiki pages.
Widgets need to be discussed and reviewed before being installed in
any of the WikiEducator instances.

If you just want Javascript for your own browsing experience, you can
add it to your User:UserName/vector.js (or User:UserName/monobook.js
if you are using the older Monobook skin) file.
