I agree that it's easier to work collaboratively when the content is part of project with clear goals and schedules. As an aside, I'm not so sure I'd agree that the two projects that you mention (Learning4Content and Open Content Licensing for Educators) are as complete as you suggest. As I have helped with both of these, I do think there are aspects that need further work: - WE rich text editor tutorials<http://wikieducator.org/Wikieducator_rich_text_editor_tutorials>-- I think there is more here that we could do on consistency of format and language; as well as completing the later sections - Project plan for Open Content Licensing project<http://wikieducator.org/Open_Content_Licensing/Project_plan>- In looking through the project plan, I think there are still areas that need work, e.g., we still need to do the language edit for the second module, there may be improvements that could be made to the layout and design of all three modules, and the last module is yet to be developed. But by example, I am further agreeing with you. During the time when the project was active and we had deadlines to meet, it was easier to collaborate. I believe it would be a more satisfying experience, generally, if there was more ongoing collaboration on content, collaboration that takes into account the on-again, off-again nature of wikieducators' participation (at least that's the case with my WE work). One option might be to more often invite others to help with something we are working on. So here goes: I started a new page this morning: Help:Quiz<http://wikieducator.org/Help:Quiz>, as it seemed to me WE didn't have any direct help for how to add a quiz to a page. I noted that wikiversity had a pretty detailed page, but thought there were ways WE could improve it and make it useful for wikieducators (who, in my opinion, tend to be less technically oriented than the average wikipedia editor--I'm unfamiliar with the content developers on wikiversity). I copied the text from wikiversity to the WE Help:Quiz page, added an acknowledgement that portions of the page are an adaptation of Help:Quiz on wikiverisity and started revising. Anyone interested, please jump in. If you have an idea for improvement, please try it out on the page. If you'd like to discuss first, post a new thread on the talk page <http://wikieducator.org/Help_talk:Quiz>. If you have a project that you'd like others to join with you on, post it to the group. Let's start collaborating more.
