Dear all, OERu is a wonderful movement. There is Washington Accord for equivalence and mobility of Manpower. I was wondering about the possibility of Washingtonton Accord for OERu so that the online credits and credentials which are accesedby partner institutes will have a great validity and expand scale of the students.
