Hi everyone, In accordance with our advertised timeline, the draft agenda<http://wikieducator.org/OER_university/2011.11_OERu_Meeting_Agenda> for the OERu 2011.11 meeting has been posted in the wiki. The agenda is based on the ideas and feedback available on the archive page<http://wikieducator.org/OER_university/2011.11_OERu_Agenda_suggestions> and thanks to everyone who contributed to this process.
In preparing the agenda, we have attempted to provide a logical sequence for the planning meeting within the constraints of 2 day schedule. As you will appreciate we are focusing on developing an action plan for the 2012 OERu prototype. We won't be able to cover all issues at this meeting, but will flag those items which require our attention at subsequent planing meeting. We have also attempted to optimise synchronisation of international timezones for the web stream during important plenary sessions. You will see that this is a planning meeting and there are no scheduled presentations. Please provide any feedback or suggestions for improvement by the close close of your business on Wednesday 26 October 2011. Feedback should be provided under the relevant discussion page in the wiki<http://wikieducator.org/Thread:Feedback_on_the_Draft_Agenda_for_the_OERu_meeting_(1)>or reply to this email. The final agenda will include instructions and relevant technologies for remote participation. We plan to improve the feedback loop based on our experiences from the first meeting. This is an ambitious open planning meeting but we are confident that we will achieve the objectives by working collaboratively in a transparent way.
