If you are doing this on the Chinese WikiEducator, please try doing it on the English instance http://WikiEducator.org/Special:UserLogin (The accounts are common among all the WikiEducator instances.) If it happens after you type in the temporary password, please try typing/pasting in the password a second time (or completely close your browser, and try again with a freshly opened browser).
