Dear Cable,

A concerted effort to consolidate the documentation on legal frameworks
supporting open education is highly appreciated! It is very essential as
well. Definitely it will encourage further legislation and adoption.
Towards this aim a project was started in Wikiresearcher - Research on the
Legal Frameworks for Open Educational Resources (OERLF) -, but did not go
much ahead :). However the links added there by the community may be useful
in the current project as well. See
