No, we don't yet have a "responsive design," but I very much would
like to have one.  It would be great for someone in the community to
develop one (or provide financial support so that we can).

There is one baby step toward making WikiEducator more comfortable on
tablets, and that is my "Reader" mode that you can enable on the
"Gadgets" tab of your preferences.

"Reader" mode uses Javascript to move most of the navigation into a
slide-out menu, recovering screen real estate for devices with narrow
screens (or users that have narrow browser windows).
