By default, Mediawiki will show the page title as the page heading.
 Because WikiEducator makes extensive use of "subpages" we have enabled the
"DISPLAYTITLE"[1] magic word that allows you to modify it.  There is a
convenience Template:MyTitle to simplify its use.

So you could start your page with:
{{MyTitle|Getting started}}
to change the heading to just the last component of the page name (which is
the most common choice to avoid making navigation too confusing).
