Regarding the note on Bangladesh: Please note the 2013 Bangladesh textbooks (at least the English language versions) are copyrighted (www.nctb.gov.bd/downloadpage22.php ). They are Open Access (OA) but not OER. The textbooks are free to download, but are for personal use only. Maybe the OER community needs to engage in discussions to get the government to adopt Creative Commons licensing on its 2014 textbooks? Bangladesh has made a great move to provide education to all. And should get a global THANKS for its efforts.
