Interesting idea, but I don't think they are actually using Wikipedia
at all. They are using the HTML tags from Wikipedia - Wikipedia uses
the same HTML tags as every other site on the web. Their dance has
nothing to do with Wikipedia at all, I don't understand what they are
trying to do. They're just making up random actions to go along with
HTML tags - that's dancing to a W3C standard, not a website.

They are completely mad...
