Interesting, and also an example of what something that isn't quite shaped like a Wikipedia article as us regulars know it. So it's interesting as a more general example. This is where what we think of as "encyclopedic" and what users look up in Wikipedia may differ. I would guess someone got told that was their Internet problem and couldn't find it in Wikipedia, so looked it up and wrote a quick article.
