Had there been a key-board in that script,it would have been much > preferable than a software conversion. Is it possible? Almost all Indic wikipedias (including Hindi) has integrated typing tool. I do not think we have any more technical challenge to contribute to Hindi wikipedia. Having said all these Hindi is spoken by more than 40 crore people and it is an important language of India. So it is very important that Hindi wikipedia also grow both in quality and in quantity. Also community strength need to be enhanced. All the ideas I have proposed in village pump and mailing list are for building the community since community is key component of any wikipedia. I hope existing community members will continue the community building efforts. The birthday for Hindi wikipedia is a day for celebration for the community.
