For Andorra: "Patrimoni Cultural" is the generic term [1], and "Monument d'interès cultural" explicitly for monuments. The regitry is "Inventari general del patrimoni cultural" [2]

These need to be 1) a general page for "National Heritage Site", and then a specific page for your country for the links to the listholding intstitutions.
