We hope to know more soon at least some. If we can find the funding for it -
likely it will include a scholarship to Wikimania.

8/8 was the deadline for the prototype as I recall - there is currently a
prototype, but it needs some improvement. Jeroen is working hard on it and
Maarten is in touch with him. Hopefully soon more info.

We advise to use CC-BY-SA (if available the local version) - but definitely
preselect only one license in the template. If someone manages to upload a
picture with a license accepted on Wikimedia Commons with enters it into the
contest, we would accept that too.
