Some general tips: * Keep the group moderated - that way you can check the license, tags & other things for each incoming image * Have several group moderators * Take a good look at the 2010 group for NL to see what kind of explanations and FAQ you should prepare * Always prominently link to the commons upload form * Don't accept any images before September 1. Maybe Multichill can help out with the transferring the images to Wikimedia Commons.
