Changing the coordinates-format will not work. Some users
don't want to use this format so there will be new
"normal" coordinates every day. You just could convert it
at reading.
Another speciality: We have two templates: "Denkmalliste
Österreich Tabellenzeile" and "Denkmalliste Österreich
Tabellenzeile (ehemaliges Denkmal)", the last one are
ex-monuments. Please don't parse them ;)
By the way: how often do you plan to update the list, now
all IDs are in the lists.
