Hi all, unfortunately our Belarusian friends needed to cancel their contest - they were unable to pull it off in time this year.
We knew it would be likely a few countries (not specified) would have to withdraw - and I am amazed still how many countries did make it! Just take a look at the list... Great work all! Lodewijk
