I partially agree with you. Here in Norway it has been a big drawback that
WLM didn't start until September, and also has been almost invisible, at
least in Norway :(. Starting earlier would enable participants to photograph
during their holidays, and also even possibly inside monuments - many close
in August when the schools start again. Also, the weather is a part of the
problem... So, at least publishing lists earlier, and thus enabling ppl
making photos inside (where allowed) could be great.
