Hi Roel, in our experience, the local partners will be mostly interested in the national contest - how that is organized, press, jury, prizes - rather than the exact details of the international round. The important part is that there will be an international contest, and that you will nominate a number of pictures for that. Most likely they don't care about the exact number. I also suggest that you focus on finding sponsors for the national prize pot (better exposure etc), although international are welcome too.
