Congratulations to this decision :-) I've read the next steps on your project page and the possible addressees for lists requests. The list ob objects in the ЗАКОН Про Перелік пам'яток... are not *all* cultural heritage objects, are they? I couldn't find e.g. any objects in the Transcarpathian oblast...? Is there a central list of cultural heritage objects in the Ukraine, or are they maintained on an oblast level? What kind of restrictions do you expect? (panorama freedom, private property of objects ...?) Please let me know if you need some additional support; I plan to travel to Transcarpathia, maybe Kyiv, in May/June and would be happy to support you in any possible way from an international perspective for Wiki Loves Monuments.
