Hi Jane

I can definitely help with the lists on en.wp, I actually planned to start
translating them.

Pictures which were not on Commons were not part of the WLM. If there are
any pictures around which are eligible for Commons I think they should be
transferred manually. If they can not be there (for instance, because of
the Freedom of Panorama issues), they are also no eligible for the lists.
In practice, I think, only users who are aware of WLM, Commons, and
databases, like you and me, will add pictures.
