That tool works on the recent changes and the 2011 submission category
and should return an empty list. Will check later

It looks like the http://toolserver.org/~erfgoed/tools/wlmlast.php
is broken :
http://toolserver.org/~erfgoed/tools/wlmlast.php?country=France&callback=jscallback&number=1&size=150
gives an empty result...
It works fine if I put "Germany" instead of "France", though :
http://toolserver.org/~erfgoed/tools/wlmlast.php?country=Germany&callback=jscallback&number=1&size=150
