Hi all, I assume this application will require that it is made by the official organizer. For the world wide contest, that would be Wikimedia Nederland (formally). I asked the board for their permission to enroll this on behalf of WMNL, but I dont expect any problems there. It seems the form is not suitable for a consortium of organizations (and that would be way too complicated anyway). This is the same method we used for the EHA.
