What are the exact dates of competition in each country? Last year most European countries followed CEST local time (UTC+2), with some local variations. This year we will have more varied time zones. What will be the first country to have the UploadWizard enabled? It may be useful to have a table with all starting and closing dates. More so if it has to be checked by Guinness' agents.
