I need help! I filled in some of the fields in the

However, when I click on
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaign=wlm-gh
it sends me to the translation page.
Any reasons for that?
Can someone do *all *the settings for me?
