Hi Deror, that is wonderful news, thank you! Since we already have a WLM program to help countries that have no budget (so far only two applications) I think it would be most practical to let this money flow into the international budget (Wikimedia Nederland is budget holder), and we can pay either the prizes from it or the subsidies. Lets agree on the detailed arrangements in private email :)
