In Colombia we don't have coordinates lists. Because of that, I
would like to encourage the contest participantes to add all the
coordinates they can. Any idea of a tool that we can use for doing
it easily (e.g. how can we use Google Maps / OpenStreetMap to mark
the locations, share the marks and extract the coordinates?

In WM-IT we are also working in several directions on producing maps
based on OpenStreetMap. I hope I can show you something in the next
days.
