Below is a list of our participant who couldn't upload photos because somebody blocked his IP. Please help him.
His IP range is globally blocked due to spambots, but the problem was a local block by Ahonc on 46.211.0.0/16 which prevents account creation. It's now been removed by Tiptoety, he can now register an account.
