that specific photographer?? tell us more on the monument and drop

An immediate info (probably the Ukrainian colleagues will have a lot to
add to this):
This is an apartment building in Kiev (Kostyolnaya Street 9), where
Sergei Korolev (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergei_Korolev) used to
live. I guess he lived there between 1924 and 1926 since this is the
only time he lived in Kiev.
