I think it's rather related to the fact that this user uploaded ten of
his twelve pictures slightly after midnight on October 1, which resulted
in them not having the {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2012|ch}} template.
My time settings preferences (under "Preferences" => "Date and time")
allow me to see that [[File:Schloss ChillonIMG 1668.jpg]] was uploaded
exactly at 2012-10-01T00:04:14 in this user's time zone, and the rest of
the images were uploaded even later.
