I am working on some draft Competition rules for the UK (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2013_in_the_United_Kingdom/Competition_rules), and note from the main international website that there will be a special GLAM award this year. How will entries for that be submitted from the national contests? Can each country enter one photo for that award in addition to the usual 10? If so, we will probably need a special local award for that as well.
